4. Next click on the "Servers" tab at the top of the dialog window, and complete the setup as shown below:
   
   Replace "glmadmin" with your UserName, enter your password and be certain to put the checkmark in the checkbox for My server requires authentication.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Now click on the Settings button to go to the next steps in your setup.
