La Familia de Nuestras Pequeñas Rosas is not just a home for girls but is a big family that includes all who participate in making Our Little Roses one of the top programs in Honduras caring for girls and helping them reach their potential.
What makes it so special? For starters, Diana, as President and Founder of Our Little Roses, ensures that those caring for and guiding the girls do their work with a focus on furthering the vision of transforming the girls' lives, providing each girl with every opportunity available.
Then there is the dedicated staff. Our talented cooks provide delicious and wholesome meals; our guards provide protection; and our drivers transport the girls to four schools and many extracurricular activities. Our "Tias" are educated, loving personnel who ensure that girls of different ages are cared for day and night, according to their needs.
This extended family also includes psychologists and medical doctors to care for those who require special attention. And, let's not forget the spiritual component; our Chaplain provides the girls with counseling and spiritual guidance to strengthen their faith.
Of course, all of this is possible because you are also an important part of this family. You have made it possible for us to have the resources to carry on the mission that we have been empowered to do. Our Little Roses Mission and Our Little Roses Foreign Mission Society have made a difference in the lives of hundreds of girls for 36 years and will continue to do so with your help and prayers.

Dear Friends,
2023 was a very special year for Our Little Roses as we completed a full 35 years of ministry in January 2023. We had multiple celebrations throughout the year, culminating with a beautiful gathering at the Virginia Theological Seminary in Alexandria, Va. Tirza Canales-Romero, an alumna, gave a touching talk on her life at Our Little Roses and beyond. She was joined by her husband, Edgardo, and their beautiful children, Steven (8) and Allison (4), along with alumnus Claudia Menendez and also Carina Argueta and her family. It was truly special to see Diana and Bishop Frade, along with many of our longtime supporters, connecting with these amazing women.
This year, our report is focused on the staff at Our Little Roses. These are very special "gardeners" who lovingly tend to the little roses that God has gifted to our care. They nurture the girls, helping them to grow strong and resilient, preparing each to face the many challenges that are part of life.
Each of the OLRM "gardeners" brings their own unique gifts, from Diana and the administration staff, to Danilo and the other drivers and guards, to Katy, Miriam, and all of the Tias. Over these 35 years of ministry, we have seen the fruits of the staff's labor as we watch our graduates go on to nurture and tend to their own children.
You, dear reader, are also a part of this story. It is only through the support of our donors that we are able to provide Diana with the resources needed to tend to this very special rose garden. Your continued support carries us through the droughts and the floods. "For we are co-workers in God's service; you are God's field, God's building," 1 Cor 3:9. I ask for your prayers as you remain in mine. We know that it is through God's grace that we continue this work.

Dear Friends,
I am always amazed at how the power of God has been made manifest in each individual who makes up the grand family called Our Little Roses Ministries. This includes the security guards, drivers, laundry staff, and Tias, who work tirelessly every day of the week. Our administrative staff gives so much of themselves, without thinking of punching a time clock, to make sure that all the needs of the home, school, and visitors are taken care of. Each individual blesses Our Little Roses Ministries.
Our qualified staff is incredible. They are extremely devoted to their duties. Safety is paramount, and our drivers and security team are always alert to ensure the girls are always protected. Can you imagine a home without a kitchen and someone to prepare a well-balanced diet three times a day, 365 days out of the year? But Our Little Roses takes care of that, with Miriam keeping everyone fed with delicious meals. This past year, we have had a marked increase in the number of girls we serve, and with that comes the necessity of even more employees to give the attention and care each girl deserves.
We would never be able to run Our Little Roses Ministries without you. You make it possible for us to hire the qualified staff that keeps the Ministry running smoothly. Thank you from all of us at Our Little Roses for your prayers, support, and love. We are blessed by each of you who make so many opportunities possible for our girls to be empowered, confident, and successful when they are ready to face the realities of life.
